Vacuum aluminum plating paper is above the 1.33 x 102 pa, in high vacuum with resistance, high frequency or electron beam heating, aluminium wire heated to 1400 °C or so attached after gasification formed on the base of the paper.
According to the production process can be divided into direct method (aluminum plating paper) and the transfer method (aluminum plating at the membrane surface) two kinds.
The direct method is prior to the paper surface coating processing, in order to improve the paper surface smoothness, brightness, and then the paper directly placed in the vacuum aluminum plating machine for aluminum plating method. This method is of high requirements for paper, suitable for 40 ~ 120 g/m2 of coated paper, white paper, cardboard and other paper. Transfer method based on PET, BOPP film transfer base material, coating, paint, aluminum, composite, such as stripping process, made with metallic aluminum molecular layer by adhesive transfer to the paper or cardboard on the surface of the method.
Transfer method of production of aluminized paper, aluminized layer is bonded with transfer PET film with paper, aluminium film smoothness good, strong metallic luster and smoothness is high, compare to adapt to the packaging and printing. Compared with the direct method, transferring method has the following characteristics: (1) the aluminum layer adhesive force strong, reliable and can produce any thickness (40 ~ 450 g) of paper or cardboard aluminum plating paper (2) can make full use of PET film roughness makes the paper more bright metallic luster, greatly improve the appearance quality; (3) the machine can produce all sorts of design of laser anti-counterfeiting vacuum aluminum plating paper.
